Angela Marino was a revelation to work with. My wife and I, mistrustful after a horrific experience with a bad realtor, eventually found ourselves completely astonished with the work ethic, patience and kindness Angela showed us. She is professional, attentive to detail and never showed any impatience as our purchase process extended over five months. We are so happy with our purchase as so grateful it was with Angela.

Travis was very knowledgeable and has great communication. He set realistic expectations with us and stood up for us as needed through negotiations.

I'll be the first to admit, I had zero knowledge of the logistics to buying my first home. Thankfully Angela created the space, wisdom and trust to walk me through the experience every single step of the way! There were so many times where I was out of my depths of the "under contract" process, but Angela answered all my questions and put me at ease -- communicating with the seller's realtor, keeping me up-to-date and suggesting how we should proceed until negotiations were worked out, the closing papers signed, and keys to my first home in hand. I am so grateful for her, her patience, and calming demeanor!  I couldn't recommend her enough, and will always point friends her way. She's a true gem of a realtor here in the Appalachian Mountains.

Angela Marino is an awesome agent! She listened to what I wanted, went above and beyond in doing a market analysis for me and advising me. I bought a piece of land and she helped me by calling the county building permit office to get all the info I needed, she filled out the permit form for me, and even met with me out at the land (which is more than an hour from her office) with the Inspector and met me there before to help prepare the land for the Inspector. She walked me through the entire process with thoroughness and professionalism. I really can't say enough great things about Angela and how much she helped me to buy a beautiful piece of property!!
